kilig Mixx
The elusive Kilig rounds off 2020 with a powerful yet emotional blend of textured breaks and electro cuts. Releasing with us earlier this year, ‘Is it time’ received the thumbs-up from favourites Jane Fitz, HAAI, object blue, Bruce, Danielle and Call Super to name a few. There's no doubt that this is just the start for wondrous producer, with lots more to come.
RAW SILK Mixx
London based DJs and all round legends, Grace & Steph, step up for our 9th edition. Festival line ups, residents at Percolate’s parties & more, led to their presence grow at a rapid rate, and swiftly becoming one of our favourite duos in London, so it’s great to have them put together an Origins Tapes for us!
Bitzer Maloney Mixx
Jack Tomson AKA Bitzer Maloney played for us at Mick’s Garage a few years ago - b2b with Jon K and it absolutely popped off. The guy’s passion for good music is really exciting, he’s committed to keeping the scene going and we’re buzzing to be including him on our Origins Tapes.
Kmya Mixx
Sometimes a link up just makes complete sense, and that’s how we feel with our next artist, Kmya. With Bath in her heart, Kmya was born and bred in the city where Origins first began, and from her younger days frequented our beloved Moles <3 It feels like a match that was meant to happen!
Third Son Mixx
For Origins Tapes 006 we’re bringing over the technical genius that is Third Son. Fresh off the back of his ‘20 Days’ project where Third Son produced an entire album from scratch in less than 20 days. Absolutely unbelievable!
Sounds Of Manchester Mixx
For Origins Tapes 005 we’re keeping it strictly grassroots with close friends, Sounds of Manchester. This fine assortment of music enthusiasts created an online Facebook group 2 years ago to share their love for underground music, oh, and as the names suggest... the groups curators met in Manchester.
Lucid Bass Frequency 101-155bpm Mixx
Providing the hot sauce for our 4th Origins Tapes episode we have London queer and alternative scene pioneer, Hannah Holland.
Josh Caffe Mixx
Ugandan born, London based, Block9 affiliate and Love Child curator Josh Caffe joins us for Origins Tapes 003.
Rudolf C Mixx
As we embark into the peak summer months, we long for the unique summer tinged spirit only found in the UK during this time. Still locked up, with an end date stagnant, we hone our ears to another mix of vibrations found inside the Origins party.
Kasper Marott Dance Mixx
During this lockdown period, we're curating a mix series to keep your ears quenched with the sounds and artists you'd find at our parties, and to start we have a biggy.
