“Stress is a funny thing. The more you notice it, the more it envelopes you. Despite multifaceted input mechanisms (it can come from any direction, from any part of your life), it is nearly impossible to divide into buckets and it piles onto itself, overflowing. I allow myself to escape from daily anxiety during periods of transition: the day's beginning and the day's end. This mix is a collection of songs that I use to help me shift my focus from post-dream-early-morning-internal-reality to the day's stress-laden list of to-dos.
